Man Who Was Arrested Following Scuffle With Mayor Lurie’s Bodyguard Returns to Jail

Following a judge’s order to release Tony Phillips after determining Lurie’s bodyguard initiated the fight and assaulted him, Phillips was arrested Monday and booked into San Francisco County Jail on charges of violating the order to stay away from the alley where the fight happened.
