In addition to the previously announced, Guy Fieri-hosted tailgate party at the Cow Palace on Super Bowl Sunday, the all-star Players Tailgate event will be happening closer to Levi's Stadium.

The "culinary Super Bowl before the Super Bowl" might be overstating the grandness of the event, but there will be a pricey "VIP" tailgate party happening next door to Levi's Stadium on February 8, Super Bowl Sunday.  It's called the Players Tailgate, it's happened at other Super Bowls, and it's being put on by Indianapolis-based Bullseye Event Group – an NFL-franchise partner that specializes in these types of events.

While Guy Fieri will be hosting his free Guy's Flavortown Tailgate at the Cow Palace, with food for purchase from a lineup of chefs still TBA from Guy's stable of "Triple D" and "Triple G" chefs, the Players Tailgate will feature some boldfaced names from the Food Network including Jet Tila, Aarón Sanchez, Damaris Phillips, Marc Murphy, Adam Sobel, Aaron May, Chris Cosentino, and Shota Nakajima.

You don't need to have a Super Bowl ticket to attend, but you do need some disposable cash: Tickets will run you $1,065 for adults and $550 for kids aged 15 and under. There are also cabanas available for groups of 6 or more starting at $13,750.

The event is happening at Mission College, 3000 Mission College Blvd Lot D, about a five-minute walk from Levi's. Doors open at 11 am.

Big-name NFL players will likely be stopping through and signing autographs. The New Orleans edition of the Players Tailgate in 2025 featured appearances by Deebo Samuel, Tyreek Hill, Greg Rousseau, and Kendre Miller, among others.

A slew of other events are happening in San Francisco leading up to the Super Bowl, including a Chris Stapleton concert, a Sting concert, a Bad Bunny lookalike contest, and the carnivalesque Shaq's Funhouse at the Cow Palace on Friday February 6. There's also a rumor that Taylor Swift could be showing up with fiance Travis Kelce at this Public Works event for his Tight End University Saturday night.
