The Bay Area's Posh Bakery concocted their own version of the Cronut™, NYC's popular pastry of choice for long line-waiting fools, and shipped the first batch today. Prideful pastry chef Dominique Ansel came up with the first doughnut-croissant hybrid back in May. He has since trademarked the name and threatened to sue anyone else who uses the name.
