- Emergency roadwork closed several lanes of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge Monday, leading to traffic. Two lanes of the lower deck of the bridge and one lane of the upper deck were closed to traffic due to a broken piece of concrete on the western end of the upper deck. [KPIX]
- Police in Sunnyvale are on the hunt for 44-year-old Jesus Aguilera, who they believe is responsible for a fatal shooting last Thursday on South Wolfe Road, and Aguilera appears to be on the run. [KTVU]
- Concord police say they just arrested a felon and known sex offender who was found sleeping in his car with an unregistered gun and a variety of illegal narcotics with him. [KRON4]

- We're learning more about the flame-thrower attack on pro-Israel demonstrators in Boulder, Colorado on Sunday, and suspect Mohamed Sabry Soliman was apparently planning it for over a year. [CNN]
- In further evidence of the Trump administration's racist and sexist agenda, there was a memo that went out in March to all border officials telling them to avoid attending any events that promoted the hiring of women or minorities to law enforcement. [New York Times]
- The Department of Homeland Security has published a national list of "sanctuary jurisdictions" where law enforcement doesn't aid in ICE arrests, and there are about two dozen Bay Area cities on there. [KRON4]
