  • Three lanes of eastbound I-80 on the Bay Bridge were closed Saturday night due to a car on fire on the Treasure Island off-ramp. The Audi on fire was reported around 9:30 pm Saturday, and was "fully engulfed" according to CHP, and the lanes reopened around 10:30 pm. [KRON4]
  • Middle Lake, which is part of a chain of three lakes in the middle of Golden Gate Park, has been restored after spending about 40 years being dried up. The lake is fed by a natural source, an underground aquifer, and will officially reopen when fences come down this summer. [Chronicle]
