- There were major BART delays this morning on the Millbrae line in the Antioch, Richmond, SFO, and San Francisco directions due to an equipment problem at Millbrae Station. - The situation Sunday night that completely shut down I-880 in Oakland for several hours now has a bit more explanation. The individual at the center of it allegedly flashed a gun at police officers and then laid his body down on the freeway, refusing to comply with officer commands until after a full hour of negotiations.
