Seriously impacting the commute out of SF toward the East Bay this evening is a major crash just past Treasure Island on the eastbound, upper deck of the Bay Bridge.
It's not clear how many cars are involved, but KCBS reports that the three right lanes are all closed and there's no estimate for how long they may be blocked.
ALERTSF also sent out a text warning saying that SFPD and CHP officers were on the scene, and everyone should expect significant delays.

This follows on a crash that blocked the lower deck of the bridge during the morning commute on Monday.
