Wired brings us the trailer for a new documentary from Magnolia Pictures, directed by Werner Herzog, titled Lo and Behold, Reveries of the Connected World. Herzog scopes out the first computer ever connected to the Internet, meets a woman who thinks that wireless cell phone radiation makes her ill, finds a family who believes the Internet is evil, and ends up asking Elon Musk to take him along to Mars, saying, in his German accent, "I would come along. I wouldn't have a problem."
Also featured are early adopters of the web, former hacker Kevin Mitnick, cosmologist Lawrence Kraus, and more.
The film will hit both VOD and theaters on August 19.
