Again we turn to the trove of historic videos that have been getting uploaded by the British Pathé news service, and here we have a charming, full color look at some of the streets of San Francisco, with no sound. The reel focuses on the Powell Street cable car turnaround — back then they let people board willy-nilly before they spun it around, and it wasn't so much of a tourist thing — Chinatown, and Fisherman's Wharf, and it appears to be just a series of shots for use in future reports about the city, or something. There's also a series of neon signs at night, in North Beach, at the end, including the still extant Bimbo's 365 Club marquee.
