It always brings a smile to my face when I'm reminded that "Weird Al" Yankovic hasn't given up doing his signature parodies of popular songs, thirty years on. And (hooray!) he's got a new album coming out tomorrow called Mandatory Fun, featuring spoofs of songs by Miley Cyrus, Lorde, and Iggy Azalea, along with this one, the video of which dropped today, spoofing the ubiquitous (and increasingly annoying) Pharrell hit, "Happy." The video for "Tacky" includes some lip-sync artistry from a fun cast including Aisha Tyler, Margaret Cho, Kristen Schaal, Eric Stonestreet, and Jack Black.

And Weird Al wastes no time in mocking the tackiness of our times with lines like, "I will live-tweet a funeral, take selfies with the deceased," and "Now I'm droppin' names constantly/ that's what Kanye West keeps telling me."

Added bonus, on the album, Yankovic also reminds us that he's still into polka, with a track called "NOW That's What I Call Polka!"
