This Thursday, a collective of seven local photographers — including several who have had their works featured on these very pages — will open an exhibition of recent works shot around downtown San Francisco.
Some of the names you might remember, whose works make up the "Side Walks" portion of the exhbition: Brian Brophy (a.k.a. The Tens), Brandon Doran, Chris Beale, Reynaldo Cayetano Jr., David Root and Oscar Santos. Occasional SFist contributor and local photographer Troy Holden will also have his latest portrait collection "Neighbors," which we featured earlier this year, on display.
The event is free to the public and happens this Thursday, from 6 - 9 p.m. at the San Francisco Museum at the Mint in conjunction with the North of Market/Tenderloin Community Benefit District. Zines will be sold, music will be provided and there will even be pianos outside in Mint Plaza, provided by Sunset Piano.
If you miss the reception, the exhibition will be open every Sunday from 1 - 4 p.m. as part of Sunday at the Mint.
Thursday, June 19th. 6 - 9 p.m.
