Just before 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon, San Francisco Police responded to reports of shots fired outside of City Hall at McAllister Street and Van Ness Avenue.
SFPD units on scene at McAllister and Van Ness with after a shooting just occurred. SFPD units looking for a Gold Camry.

Units are reporting that multiple black males got out of the Gold Camry and fired several shots. No victim located at McAllister/Van Ness.

Shooter was standing at Redwood/Van Ness and fired across the street towards a construction site. Witnesses say the gun used was a revolver.

Bay City News reports no one was hit by the gunfire, but SFPD are looking for a Gold Toyota Camry and multiple suspects. Police believe the intended target was a group of people standing on a street corner. No one was hit, and the shots apparently came from across the street near Redwood Alley.
SFPD units requesting additional units at Van Ness/Grove related to the shooting at Van Ness/McAllister. Crowd beginning to gather.
