Starting tonight, and continuing every Wednesday night for the foreseeable future, noted hamburger chef Wes Rowe brings his celebrated patties to Mojo Bicycle Café on Divisadero for a weekly hamburger pop-up.

You might remember Rowe from The Galley in Clooney's, where he was slinging The Hot Wes, his take on the Jack in the Box Hot Mess burger and SFist's current Best Burger frontrunner. Rowe has since gone on to beat out burgermeisters from Pearl's Deluxe, Farmer Brown, Burger Bar and more at the San Francisco Burger Brawl last month.

The inaugural Wesburger Wednesdays at Mojo is a little bit different from the Hot Wes and features Rowe's signature ground brisket patty, caramelized onions, American cheese and a horseradish aioli on freshly baked Panorama bun. Future toppings are subject to the whims of the man behind the grill, of course, and the burgers are only available at Mojo Bicycle Café on Wednesdays from 6 - 10 p.m.

With the holiday tomorrow and some great weather on your side, tonight would be an excellent time to take advantage of Mojo's parklet (one of the few in the city you're allowed to have beer on). If you can't make it to Divisadero, we're also told he'll be doing more fast food "covers" in the vein of the Hot Wes when Noisepop launches their monthly Tuesday night trivia contest at 1772 Market (formerly Rebel) later this month.
