Like clockwork, Stanley Roberts has churned out the latest edition in his ongoing chronicle of local people behaving terribly. As Stanley told SFist on the phone late last week, Bay to Breakers is "like my Christmas." Unfortunately for Stanley (our Santa), he had to skip Bay to Breakers 2013 due to complications from that run-in with some hippies in Berkeley, but a team of KRON4 cameramen still went out into the field to see what they could capture. Which begs the question: If there's no Stanley Roberts, are people still behaving badly? Yes. Of course they are.
So where was the worst behavior this year? Not peeing behind a tree in the Panhandle, apparently. But running atop a row of porta-potties out at Ocean Beach in a Buddy the Elf costume:
It seems the very worst behavior was stymied by the extra security snagging bottles and cans on Hayes Street. In other news, some people were actually very well-behaved. Adorable, even.
