On Tuesday, May 28, purveyors of the city's — nay, the world's! — finest coffee will come together to discuss why their cafes refuse to make iced espresso for your SFist editor. Ideally. But in reality, they will come together to discuss their coffee. All about coffee. From the onsite roasting process to your insipid Instagram pics. You won't want to miss it.
James Freeman (owner or Blue Bottle Coffee), Eileen Hassi (owner on Ritual Coffee Roasters) and Jeremy Tooker (owner of Four Barrel Coffee) will join Marcia Gagliardi (of Tablehopper) to talk coffee. Prior to chatting about the world's No. 1 drug, there will be a coffee tasting. At 6 pm. (Be sure to pick up Tylenol PM on your way home.)
