Two men took part in a nasty home-invasion robbery in the city's Potrero Hill neighborhood early Friday morning. "Officers received a report at 12:04 a.m. of a home invasion robbery at a residence in the 2100 block of 23rd Street, near De Haro Street," reports Oakland Tribune/BCN. "Two suspects wearing dark clothing forced their way inside the victim's home and struck the victim with a pistol."

The creeps managed to take the victim's iPhone and iPad before fleeing. Police were able to follow the suspects by car but lost them somewhere along the Bay Bridge.
