Felicitios Vasquez has been missing since 9/5/12. The 32-year-old man is described as 5'0", 140 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, land was last seen wearing dark clothing black shoes. Vasquez was last seen in the 100 block of Broad Street.
We came across these posters at 3rd Street on SOMA, but they've been seen up all around the city.
