A broken main water line at Sunydale near Bayshore has flooded the area. This watery explosion has affected both water service for Visitacion Valley, Bayview, Ingleside and some Daly City customers, as well as traffic in the area. The actual break occurred at Sunnydale and Cora.
Street closure and MUNI re-reouting in the immediate area. According to the Chron, "Motorists are advised to avoid the area, Rhodes said. The 9 San Bruno-line is the only Muni bus route affected, and will be going around a cordoned off sector of Sunnydale." Sunnydale is currently closed between Melra and Bayshore.
