Drunk Livermore Man Severs Foot in DUI-Related Accident

Drunk Livermore Man Severs Foot in DUI-Related Accident

A rather inebriated man, who was apparently trying to park his car at or remove his car from a storage facility in Livermore last Wednesday, accidentally severed his left foot at the ankle on a concrete block whilst driving recklessly with the door open.

As reported by a lady friend, who was a witness to the gore:

The woman told police that Buna, who parks his two-door BMW at the storage facility, got into his car, and while she was in the vehicle, began driving recklessly around the parking lot, at which point he stopped and she got out ...

The woman said Buna's driver's side door was wide open, and Buna stuck his left foot out as if he were going to exit the car, [Officer Traci] Rebiejo said.

The car swiftly accelerated to about 20 miles per hour in a reversed arc and ricocheted off a trailer, a pole, and two rolling storage doors before hitting a dividing cinder block that ultimately severed his foot between the block and the vehicle, Rebiejo said.

Yeah, gross.
