A 64-year-old man sustained critical injuries when he was pushed to the ground during an argument in North Beach last night. The incident happened at 11:40 p.m. when a man in his 30s allegedly was arguing with the victim, whom he pushed, causing the victim to hit his head on the pavement.
The victim's injuries are considered life-threatening, and he is currently hospitalized. The suspect fled on foot and has not been found. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the anonymous SFPD tip line at (415) 575-4444 or text TIP411.
