And Now, Baker & Banker's Cosmo Cupcake For Gay Pride

While the queer community is known to be ahead of the curve on some things (civil rights, music), the gays can also be a bit behind (chortle) on other pressing matters (the plunging v-neck t-shirt, music). So, it's great to see that a cocktail still popular to this day in many a gay bar, i.e. the Cosmopolitan, has joined forces with the always popular cupcake. Esteemed Lower Pac Heights restaurant Baker & Banker will offer such a concoction for Pride. Enter the Cosmo Cupcake.

And just look it! That is a gay cupcake. We want to go shopping with this cupcake. This cupcake would watch Girls and Bunheads with us. This cupcake would play for us the latest Little Boots song. This cupcake would drink beer at Hi Tops with us. We want to be pals with this cupcake.

The Cosmo Cupcake comes replete with rainbow sprinkles and all, and made with vodka-spiked cake with lime curd and raspberry frosting. So, if you plan on dining there this Pride week — and why shouldn't you? — be sure to ask for the tart, vodka-laced sweet treat. So much better than the frozen Cosoms they have in the Castro. Or so we've heard.
