Pedestrian in Serious Condition After M-Ocean View Accident

A pedestrian was left in serious condition after she was struck by a streetcar on the M-Ocean View lane yesterday evening. The Chronicle reports the incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. yesterday evening along 19th Avenue near two busy intersections at Junipero Serra and Randolph Streets.

The 19-year-old woman was brought to San Francisco General Hospital where she was treated for head trauma. She is in stable condition as of this morning.

Muni officials are still investigating the cause of the incident.
