Pleasant Hill / Debit Card Scam: Two Armenian gang members were arrested while staying at the Pleasant Hill Inn after they were seen acting suspicious at a nearby Citibank ATM. A search of their room uncovered 963 re-encoded debit cards form banks across California, and over $50,000 in cash. [Chron]
