Three people are in serious condition at San Francisco General after Saturday night's preseason game between the 49ers and the Raiders turned ugly. Two victims were found shot in the parking lot at Candlestick park around 8 p.m. Saturday night, while the third victim was beaten unconscious in a stadium bathroom around 7:15 p.m.

According to SFPD spokesman Sgt. Michael Andraychak, police are still trying to determine whether the two parking lot shootings are connected, but the victims were found far enough away from each other than the department is handling the investigations separately. Both shooting victims were men in their 20's. As of yesterday, SFPD hadn't released whether the victims had attended the game or which team they might have been supporting, but according to outside reports one of the shooting victims was allegedly wearing a "Fuck the 49ers" t-shirt and sustained life threatening injuries after being shot in the stomach. The other shooting victim apparently received only superficial wounds after being shot in the face.

Shortly after the shooting, SFPD detained one suspect - a man in Raiders gear - on a party bus parked in the RV section of the Candlestick parking lot.

The assault victim, a 26-year-old man from San Rafael was found unconscious and suffering from life threatening injuries inside an upper-level bathroom around 7:30 p.m. As of yesterday, SF General had him listed in serious condition. Police have a lead on the assault suspect, described as "a Samoan/Pacific Islander male, 25-30 years old, between 6 foot 3 inches and 6 foot 5 inches tall, weighing 225 to 260 pounds. He had a goatee and long curly hair tied up in a ponytail, and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans."

Embedded below is CBS5's footage of another fight that broke out in the stands, but appears to be unrelated to either incident. Numerous other videos have popped up on YouTube showing a violent atmosphere the game that led to fights in the stands and the parking lots.
