Well, this is horrendous: A 32-year-old man was robbed of his watch by a hooligan using a baseball bat as a weapon. While walking near the intersection of Fourth and Bryant on Wednesday, near Hotel Utah, the victim was hit on the head by the bat-wielding assailant. While crumbled on the ground, the attacker then reached down and removed the man's watch. The incident happened at around 10:40 p.m.
The poor guy was later treated for non-life-threatening wounds at SF General.
