The Snitch brings us the tale of a man desperate for a dogsitter for his German Shepard puppy who turned to an unknown friend of a friend for help. Said friend of a friend made off with the dog, and was later spotted by police sitting around on the street in the Upper Haight (isn't that illegal now?) drinking a beer, adorable puppy in tow. Dog and owner were happily reunited. But let this be a lesson! Do not let any old stranger dogsit — especially in the Haight. [The Snitch]
