Today, the Ninth Court Circuit of Appeals heard the Proposition 8 sponsors appeal U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling that overturned California's voter-approved ban back in August. The petitioners were absolutely hammered by the justices. Bother sides were, actually, but anti-Prop. 8 heathens took it on the chin the hardest.
