Lately it seems like there have been some dire straits for Blue Bottle Gibraltars in Dolores Park. At last week's regular meeting of the Rec & Parks Commission, attendees once again veered off into what according to SFoodie sounds like a vibrant discussion of where the local (or national, depending on who you ask) chain should park its proposed coffee cart, which as it turns out is more like a trailer.
After much ado over what seemed like an easy win, it sounds like the trailer-cart could finally be out serving up espressos (but not over ice) in as little as two weeks and will most likely land near the playground. Which is very convenient, you know, for the kids.
