Driver Chatting On Cellphone Drives Into River, Dies

On Saturday, according to The Chronicle, an Antioch woman "drove off a boat ramp and into the Sacramento River while she was talking on a cell phone with her daughter, asking for directions," and died. Kathleen Gomez Collier, 47, careened into a river near Isleton in Sacramento County.
