Prosecutors Won't Charge S.F. Tourist Murder Suspect

Philip Stewart, the 18-year-old accused of shooting German tourist Mechtild Schroeer, will not face murder charges because "prosecutors said they did not have enough evidence to charge him." Schroeer, it seems, found herself "caught in the crossfire of a shootout between two groups of people outside a private party on that block." [via CBS 5]
