This Weekend: Squeeze and the English Beat play the Fillmore, Macy Gray spins a DJ set at Yoshi's SF, Tracy Morgan will be at Cobb's Thursday through Sunday, and the Renegade Craft Fair and the Bicycle Music Festival strike again.
Music: Some great bands are coming to SF this fall. Mother Hips (September 18), Eels (Oct 11), and Teenage Fanclub (October 12) are set to perform at the Fillmore. Guided by Voices (Oct 5) will tear up the Warfield, along with Of Montreal (October 29) and Blonde Redhead (November 19). Rufus Wainwright (August 21), Scissor Sisters (September 21), and Flaming Lips (October 1-2) will be at the Fox Theater. And don't forget the free They Might Be Giants/Rogue Wave finale show at Stern Grove on August 22.
Comedy: Get ready to laugh this fall! Patton Oswalt (August 26-29), Norm MacDonald (September 2-5), and Michael Ian Black (November 4-7), among other funny dudes, will be at Cobb's. Aziz Ansari will be at the Fillmore October 21-23, and Tig Notaro will be at Punchline August 18-21.

Theater: The 2010 Bay Area Playwrights Festival is going on as we speak, through August 1st, and The San Francisco Improv Festival will take place August 1-22.
