In addition to abuse, indie rock member of the Getty clan, Peter Getty, is being accused of late-night porn viewing parties fueled by piles and piles of cocaine -- at least so says his wife, Jacqui Getty, mother to director Francis Ford Coppola's granddaughter Gia. The two, if you recall, are going through a messy divorce.

Gawker reports that, among Jacqui's claims of abuse filed in court,"her charges make it sound like Peter Getty slipped into the most self-destructive sort of state, snorting drugs and binging on internet porn while sequestered in a room by himself in the couple's Malibu beach house (they lived primarily in the Hollywood Hills)." What's more, Jacqui's court filing claim "Peter was well into his addiction when he attached that description to a blog he kept for the San Francisco Chronicle."

This is also the same time Peter Getty left this infamous comment (and this one and this one) on SFist.

Getty also allegedly told Jacqui, "I could kill you and get away with it." Which is true. He probably could. He is, after all, a Getty.

Jacqui is asking for $314,000 per month to support her lifestyle, as well as an extra $200,000 per month.
