A homecoming dance gang rape under the watch of high school principals, ice cream truck employee shot by a teenager, noontime baseball bat beating deaths, brutal teen mob attacks -- which city is in need of a better mayor: Richmond or Vallejo?

Let's see:

Over the last few days, we've got a Vallejo incident where three kids were returned safe after a carjacking/kidnapping on Saturday night.

But in the other corner, we have two teens who were shot while attending church service on Sunday at the New Gethsemane Church of God in Christ. (Watch video of the shooting.)

Vallejo, however, makes a final dash by playing host to their third murder of the month.

Can Richmond pull ahead? Who this week should hang their head lower: Richmond Mayor Gayle McLaughlin or Vallejo Mayor Osby Davis?
