Suspected Muni stabber Bobby L. Brown Jr., 30, SF Chron reports, was charged with "four counts of attempted murder, four counts of assault with a deadly weapon and seven other felony charges stemming from the unprovoked attacks," including Monday's attack on 24-year-old Rachel Brown.
"We are ending tonight this defendant's reign of terror," District Attorney Kamala Harris declared last night. "We've got our guy, and he's off the streets."
Bobby Brown's public transit mischief goes back as far as 2004. SF Chron goes on to point out Brown was "accused of punching a woman for no reason as she waited for train doors to open at the MacArthur BART Station in Oakland."
What's more, on Thanksgiving Day, one possible victim of Brown, a 26-year-old woman who was stabbed in front of her children while exiting the T Line, told CBS 5, "He had an evil laugh and yelled, 'Gotcha!"
The suspect faces up to 72 years in prison.
