In response to the UC President Mark Yudof's bizarre yet timely budget cut/fee increase plan, the UC-wide walkout date has been set for for this Thursday, 9/24. According to the terse press release on tis week's mass protest, "hundreds of UC Berkeley graduate students from disciplines as varied as Physics, Comparative Literature, Geography, and French will join UC faculty from all campuses in a planned rally and walkout.l ...
