ART: Artists Bill Basquin and Jane Kim will exhibit works created during their four-month art residencies at San Francisco’s city dump. In conjunction with this event, there will be a special art exhibition by City College student artist Diane Glazman, on display in the Environmental Learning Center (401 Tunnel Ave).

MUSIC: Red Poppy resident artists Quijeremá’s Archeology of Memory: Villa Grimaldi, an innovative Latin American jazz-fusion experiment created by Quijeremá’s Quique Cruz, will perform alongside various multimedia work, including a documentary film in which Cruz attempts to come to terms with his imprisonment during the military dictatorship of Pinochet in Chile.
