- Three men were shot in the Mission early Sunday morning at Valencia and Tiffany streets. According to the Gate, one of the victims, Jimmy Durwin Gongora, died from gunshot-related wounds; the other two were transported to SF General Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Two unidentified men, it seems, shot the three victims. No arrests have been made.
- Three more guys, it seems, were also shot in the Mission on Saturday night, resulting in yet another death. According to SF Crime:
Around 5 hours later, just before 1 a.m., 3 more people were shot at 16th and Julian Streets. They were also taken to SFGH, where one died, another was in critical condition, and another was in stable condition. Retaliation? The first victim was in Norteño territory, and the 3 others were in Sureño territory.
If that's the case, then the scarlet- and periwinkle-colored Mission district gangs continue their warring at a steady, gruesome pace.

SF Crime goes on to say that on the same night, over on 26th Street, a 16-year-old boy was "shot in the arm and leg."
A 16 year-old boy was shot in the arm and leg at 26th and Shotwell Streets at 7:30 p.m. He was transported to SFGH with non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to SF General non-life threatening injuries.
