-- A Vallejo husband and father, Kevin Owens, 41, went though with a murder/suicide pact (with himself, we guess) on Friday night. He shot and killed his wife, Stacey Owens, 38; wounded his two-year-old daughter; and then turned the gun on himself (right after "a big Thanksgiving dinner at their home Thursday night.") This happened on the 300 block of Carousel Drive. Owens' 10-year-old son managed to escape the bloodbath, run to a neighbor's, and call the cops for help
-- Early Sunday morning, two employees of the Fire Fly Sports Bar in the Outer Sunset were shot by a man who was refused admission from the bar earlier in the night. According to Crime SF, "the incident occurred at 2:20 a.m. in front of the bar at 2457 Noriega Street, between 31st and 32nd Avenues. One unidentified employee was shot in the back, while a bullet grazed the ankle of the second." And the lone male suspect? Is still at large.
-- Two people were shot after leaving a Bay View party. Again, according to Crime SF, "police said the female victim was shot in her left leg and the male victim suffered a gunshot wound to his right leg. The victims managed to drive themselves to San Francisco General Hospital where they were listed in stable condition, according to police." They drove themselves to the hospital? Wow. Way to go. We'd be in the fetal screaming.
