In the not-so-happy side are homelessness, crime, and housing, all of which were listed as concerns. According to the pollsters crime wasn't even listed by many people in 2003, but is now listed as the top concern by 24%. Homelessness was listed as a concern by 41% of the residents, housing was at 25%, and public education was at 24%.
Also, according to the survey:

-Fifty-one percent are for a public-private wireless Internet network, 19% want a city-run WiFi network.
