One of our spies spotted model Gemma Ward hopping into a downtown Walgreens yesterday. Gemma was in SF for Fashion Week Live last night at Fort Mason. Their description of Gemma was priceless:

"She looked like a homeless person. She's really skinny, and she was wearing a stocking cap in 70 degree weather."

Sounds like she fit right in at District 6. Lovesit!

Too bad Gavin Newsom was out of town for the show. We hear he's shopping around for a new gal pal.
