We don't know about you, but it seemed like the temperature dropped about ten degrees in an hour or so yesterday. In fact, the day started off rather nicely but then the wind started whipping around and we went from comfortably cold to comfortably numb.

The reason for all this is that we are in the midst of a cold spell right now. And it's going to get colder. Like in the 20s colder.

Brrrrr.

What's happening is that there's a cold-air mass coming down in from Canada. Friggin' Canada. Usually we get some warm war from the Pacific ocean but not this time around. Temperatures are supposed to hit the 50s for the highs and 20s for the lows. It'll stay this way through most of the weekend too. There's also a chance of some precipitation which could mean snow.

We guess this is the part where we're supposed to issue warnings about the dangers of the cold and how to get ready for it, like all the news sites are doing, but we won't. We're just going assume y'all aren't a bunch of idiots and that you know all this stuff already.
