Nevertheless, it is still big news that the Great Female Golf Hope just got accepted into Stanford and is planning on attending. Really. And she's planning on attending and graduating too, unlike Tiger Woods who played through for only two years at the Farm. Unlike Tiger, though, she already is pro so she won't have anything to rush through to get the money.

We have no idea how this will work, considering she's always competing and practicing for competing. Considering she's already filthy rich, we don't really know why she would even feel the need to do anything but retire on Cabo and drink Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo all day. Nevertheless, she is. And actually, why not? All you do in college is hang out with friends, listen to music, drink lots of really cheap beer, and occasionally mix things up by studying. Why wouldn't anybody want to do that? Why anyone would want to leave college early to go pro is beyond us, but then again, we aren't rich. And what kind of fun could one have in college if one isn't a starving student? What's the fun of surviving of ramen when you could probably fly Wolfgang Puck in to make gourmet ramen?

Heh, maybe she'll join the band and be discovered at the band's HQ face down in her own vomit after doing one too many beer bongs.
