O'Connor's doing a tour of the country -- she also recently sat on the 2nd Circuit (based in New York), and is planning on visiting the 8th Circuit (based in St. Louis). She's also not the only retired Supreme Court Justice to stop by the 9th Circuit; Justices Byron White and Potter Stewart stopped by these parts after they stepped down from the Supreme Court too.
