We love the idea of interstate extradition. We're imagining a style situation, except with a way less charming cast -- hey, do you think that Dog was the guy who brought him back to justice? They probably would have mentioned that in the piece, right? Oh, well.

We wonder, did Drati (the properties belonging to whom "were infested with roaches and rats, forcing nearly 40 tenants to be re-located") flee to San Francisco because he thought the landlords here might be sympathetic to his cause, like when American criminals flee to countires that consider such State-side wrongdoing merely a part of life? We suppose that we will never know, but are more than happy to recklessly speculate.
