For further proof that some people never learn, be sure to tune into the two-hour premiere of The Bachelorette tonight at 9:00pm on ABC. Jen Schefft returns to the reality TV dating scene after finding true love with local tire-wine (oh, whatever with the "it's all about the wine now, not the tires" crud) millionaire Andrew Firestone in a previous season of the series.

Apparently it wasn't true love (the fact that she was forced to move in with Firestone--and his roommate!--in a small San Francisco apartment after accepting that final rose probably didn't help their relationship) and she's decided that national TV is as good a place as any to look for Mr. Right #2. Alas, the season will not be set in San Francisco, thus avoiding any accidental run-ins with her former beau, darn it all. Instead the show is moving from its usual LA setting to New York. And while her choice of bachelors contains a number of Californians, it doesn't seem to contain any local boys, so our chances of getting some good "I know that dude!" gossip from our readers are virtually nill. Oh well. We think someone faints during the first rose ceremony, so at least there's that...
