Among the select San Francisco houses over $15 million, this eight bedroom and thirteen bath home has been on Zillow for 310 days. It was built as a Gold Coast Dutch Colonial in 1907 (designed by renowned Bay Area architect, Albert Farr) but a proposed remodel would drastically change the 20,000 square foot home.

8 Bedrooms
13 Baths
20,000 sq.ft.

The remodel would place its front door on Broadway instead, making its new address 2895 Broadway and thus part of the Billionaire’s Row in Pacific Heights. In addition to moving the door, the remodel “creates [a] new living and entertaining space built into the hillside below," according to its listing. While the renovations are not completed, the listing suggests that the architectural plans and building permits are fully approved; all that is required is a buyer.

Planned renovations are designed by the Norway-based design firm Snøhetta (who won awards for the Oslo Opera House in Norway and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Egypt) and San Francisco real estate developer Troon Pacific.
