Tuesday Morning Topline: Hundreds of SFO Flights Delayed Due to FAA Glitch

An FAA air traffic control failure in the Northeast led to over 400 delayed flights at SFO on Monday. The failure was caused by a cut fiber line in New Jersey, accidentally cut by an Amtrak crew, and a subsequent failed circuit at the FAA's Philadelphia air traffic control facility. [Chronicle]
