• Secret sex tapes aren't legal, everybody. A 52-year-old San Francisco man, Joseph Garcia, has been found guilty of secretly recording a sexual encounter with a woman without her consent and then sharing it with a mutual friend. [KPIX]
• A pedestrian was killed Tuesday evening on International Boulevard in East Oakland. The driver, who stayed at the scene and cooperated with police, allegedly struck the person near 58th Street at 6:15 p.m. [Chronicle]
