• As we get set for more PG&E shutoffs tomorrow, a federal judge is now slapping the utility with a new mandate, regarding the last shutoffs. The judge has ordered PG&E to explain the 100+ instances of equipment damage and downed branches on power lines during the shutoffs two weeks ago, and determine which of those could have caused a fire, and which happened in areas where trees were properly trimmed.
