The "Prop House" in Brisbane, a warehouse that's full of movie props used in TV shows and movies that were shot in the Bay Area, is having its first ever major sale this weekend. It's a clearance sale as the warehouse is downsizing, following an 80% rent hike.

The sale runs daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and it there will be another "wave" of the sale next weekend as well, as owner Andrew Lewis explains to NBC Bay Area. The 15,000-square-foot warehouse has props used in San Andreas, Zodiac, Milk, Winchester, The OA, Ballers, The Matrix Reloaded, Big Sur, Contagion, Sorry to Bother You, and many more.

The Craigslist ad for the sale is pretty funny, listing the many various random items that are part of the sale — and it's unclear whether they're all labeled with what show or movie they appeared in, or if you just have to ask Lewis when you're there. "Small card catalogue, hat and coat racks, hall trees, filing cabinets, bar stools, thrones, directors chairs, lamps/lighting... dental chair and light, Healthometers, optometry equipment, wheelchairs, crutches, medical supplies, equipment, medical costumes, gurneys, prosthetics, coffin/casket, lab glass, pharmacy/apothecary items..."

From the photos there are also a whole lot of vintage phones, TVs, and radios.

Lewis says he's relocating a part of the collection to an 800-square-foot office space nearby, and winnowing down how many items he keeps in each category.

You can own a piece of Bay Area movie history! And it looks like the operation is functioning like a chaotic flea market, with stuff selling for just a few bucks in some cases.

The sale happens through Sunday, and then May 31 through June 2, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 80 Industrial Way, Brisbane.
